If you have any hesitations about this product, let them go!! This is hands down one of the best I’ve used. Unfortunately when this item arrived it was faulty and wouldn't power on even after a few hours charge so was unable to use them item. Contacted customer services who were very apologetic, I sent in a short video of the faulty product, they kindly offered to replace the item, but due no stock offered the choice of a slightly different & more expensive product with next day shipping at no extra cost or a full refund. Overall very happy with the service and look forward to making more purchases.
