I got this for my boyfriend and he said the attachment was crazy mind-blowing. When using the pump part you'll want to start off on the lowest setting and work your way up. It's easy to clean. Using lube will be better.

I have never used a penis pump before, so I thought I would try this one. It does provide a good vacuum and your penis will grow. There was no discomfort and it actually felt good. Just add lube and go. I think you should probably also use a penis ring after pumping to assist in maintaining an erection.
