The "lips" are made of a very interesting material that feels very realistic. The inner tongue is actually mechanically driven, not just a flap of material that moves from vibration. Really well designed and has already been satisfactorily used in enhancing our relationship! Would highly recommend!

    When I got this I was a little hesitant due to it's size. Weirdly it was bigger than expected yet smaller than I thought. But don't let the size fool you. It's definitely quite powerful, very low noise, and the suction is pretty impressive. Battery life is great as well. I charged this for about a hour, and it ran for a good 45 mins if not more. I was very impressed with the many different vib options as well.
