So I had the chance to use the C ring today. First, the material is very soft yet pliable. There was no smell to it either. It fit snugly and made me look even more engorged then without it. The notch on the top of the ring makes it easy to pull and adjust the ring. The band is wide enough such that it puts firm pressure without feeling too constricting. The silicone itself is also very durable and stretchy, I can comfortably stretch it with two fingers 8 inches long. It fits well in both positions pictured.

Material is comfortable, light despite its apparent bulk. Wide bands help avoid pinch points and pressure points. Soft to touch. This is my second purchase of the item and unfortunately it still rips at the junctions. This is despite specifically using water based lubes and avoiding oils and silicone. It could be perfect for me if not for the easy tear corners.
