This is one of the top penis pumps out there . The  6 suction on this pump goes from mild to very strong with a press of a button. It's very easy to use and the manual is easy to follow. It also has a quick release in case the suction becomes too strong. The plastic case has grooves on the outside where you hold it. It's a great idea if hands have lube on them ,it won't slip out of hands . SO the most important part is the sleeve( i have many sleeves) this red sleeve is so soft and comfortable it beats anything out there. It large enough to fit the opening and stays there so it does not get sucked into the case like my other one does. The vac comes with 2 other mouth pieces. Battery life is great. Cleaning is really easy, follow the instructions from the manual. This vac works well for a stroker or if you need help getting it up .
