I've found mechanical thrusting to get you there too quickly, and the motion feels robotic. Top, I mean... Anyway, vibration is non existent. Suction is quite strong. Like sometimes worryingly so but nothing bad has happened to me yet xD just long enough to get all the way to the back and the "tongue" works wonders. Spinning is nice and all but it wasn't going to get me anywhere but the tongue really saves it.I do worry that if you're too much less than average it might not get in there far enough to make use of the tongue but I got in far enough to bend at times and I'd say I'm about average.Width shouldn't be a problem, it almost was for me but there's a removable section just in case (also really easy to clean)I only mention width because I've wasted too much money on devices that I couldn't fit into because the width didn't agree with me. Not too many width issues here though just a bit snug if I don't take the piece offBe warned. I ordered 9 different toys similar to this to try out. What I discovered was that most of the toys with a sucking feature don't work if you're too big. They just grab on to your D but there's not enough room to slide in and out. This unit does everything the stroker toys do AND it also functions as a pump for guys who want to add a bit more girth. I just want to start off by saying "Im in love with this toy"...I have had maybe 5 different toys and this one is top tier for me. Like i have had a few toys and the first week or 2 it has a quick wear and tear on it but this one is stick going strong.. The battery life is excellence cause i fully charged it once and been using it for about a month without charging it again.. I havent used the strap that went to it cause once you get the setting right for yourself and you want it to stop or try pulling it off it will make you weak lol... Also love the fact that i can use water or its waterproof which makes this toy A1.. This toy definitely will leave a mess either from the water or from it sucking you dry..BTW it great toy to use to put yourself to sleep when you tensed up cause you want to relieve yourself a good nut...This producted was so good i went and told my cousin about it now he about to order one..ANd i would post a picture but i am actually about to clean the toy..It easy to be clean and put back together fast..
