I am fairly experienced in Japanese style male masturbators, and this is what you're getting in terms of toy feel and quality compared to any American made adult toy. Right out of the box I was impressed with the feel of the toy. The holes are pretty good and I imagine once I get a new toy warmer they will get dramatically better. If you're using this toy without one get one. My only gripe is that the cervix gimmick is very likely to retain bacteria or mold if not cleaned and dried absolutely thoroughly and it's quite hard to do. Most likely I am going to go in and carefully cut that piece out because it's not worth the risk and likely will damage the canal texture over time trying to press a paper towel or drying stick into it. Overall really nice toy for the price.
