This was interesting to try. I personally don't think I would use the audio feature but I can see being nice especially if you are being stealthy. I wasn't super sure about it, but figured I'd give it a try. I'm glad I ended up getting it because the suction on this is wild. I definitely feel like this is worth it. If you put headphones in, you'll actually hear someone moan. There's different settings on the toy, and if you hold in the suction/vibration pattern button, it continuously sucks on you as if you're getting pumped.

Other than the kind of strange moaning that you hear from the headphones... Not for the guys that like guys if you know what I mean. It has a built in heater that is a good temp, a vibrator that is just at the right spot and the suction is surprisingly strong.

I’ve never found a masturbator that works for me, but this one is the winner! It takes about 4 hrs to fully charge, and you’ll want to wash it before you use it first. Power button is a push and hold to turn on, then push again to change the vibration pattern.
