This is an awesome item. I charged it up and set it to vibrate stage two of sucking and about quarter thrust. I came within hardly anytime at all. Not once twice but three times. I honestly want to give this 5/5, it's a little expensive but its worth the money. The suction is quite powerful and feels pretty good.It has a heat mode which i so-so, it takes awhile to get warm so unless you turn it on before its not worth using much. Thrusting/stroking mode is pretty fast and easy to use. So the only down side is, the vibrate function broke in just two weeks. Pretty poor quality really to break so soon. Shame too, it feels amazing when it's working!

WOW!! This is by far the best blowjob I’ve ever had!! The thrusting didn’t really work well as it doesn’t really work well when your being sucked. Aside from that, the 4 sucking modes are awesome and the thrusting is REALLY not necessary as they are SO good. I’m slightly bigger than average and it took my whole shaft!
